Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Representante de Atención al Cliente Virtual to join a fully remote team serving clients in Zapopan, Jalisco and beyond. You will be the primary contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction from a home-office setup.

The ideal candidate has strong Spanish communication skills, experience in customer service, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Proficient with computers, internet, and common software applications.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Responsibilities
