Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Relations Specialist to nurture client relationships and drive long-term satisfaction. This fully remote role is based for candidates in Zapopan, Jalisco, or remote nationwide, with a focus on guiding clients and expanding value from services.

You will engage clients, deliver strategic advice, and monitor satisfaction to mitigate churn while collaborating with internal teams to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong understanding of business principles and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Proximity to Zapopan, Jalisco is preferred, but the role is open to remote candidates nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Proactively engage clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Provide expert advice and support to help clients achieve their goals.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, identifying potential churn risks.

• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of services.
