Appdome, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead strategic enterprise relationships. You will manage a high-ARR portfolio, drive renewals and expansions, and build executive-level alignment between customer objectives and Appdome’s security platform.

The role requires coordinating across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Delivery teams, mentoring peers, and traveling across Mexico to strengthen customer partnerships.

Formación

• 7+ years in quota-carrying customer management in SaaS or high-tech sectors.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and executive-level cycles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong presentation and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of top enterprise accounts in Mexico with renewals and upsell.
• Build trusted relationships across technical teams to C-suite, aligning security goals.
• Lead account planning, business reviews, and success plans tied to outcomes.
• Drive expansion opportunities and manage multi-stakeholder renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Service Delivery teams.
