Job summary

Motive is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Mexico City. You will own a book of business, drive renewals and expansions, and guide customers to realize value from Motive’s platform. You’ll train customers, nurture relationships, and work with Sales and Implementations for seamless handoffs.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and preference for experience with Mexico and US accounts. This on-site position is based in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• 1+ years as a CSM or equivalent (owning a renewal target).
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience handling accounts in Mexico and the US is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business with existing customers for expansion and renewals.
• Ensure retention of revenue and renewals across accounts.
• Drive adoption and best practices, and train customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and monitor health metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales and Implementations for smooth handoffs.
• Handle a high volume of email, chat, and calls.
