Job summary

Appian seeks a Customer Success Manager in Mexico City to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding executive- level initiatives and ensuring adoption of Appian's AI-powered orchestration platform.

You will partner with C-level stakeholders, shape strategic roadmaps, and drive value realization across large-scale deployments while working a hybrid schedule in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of combined experience in technology, enterprise account strategy, or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and drive measurable business value for enterprise customers.
• Understanding of large-scale enterprise platforms and complex software architectures.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.
• Willingness to travel an average of 25% annually to engage with strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Govern Account Strategy: Uncover and shape each customer’s goals, translating them into prioritized roadmaps and driving executive execution.
• Drive Platform Adoption: Lead customer adoption by enabling clients to build and scale Appian applications.
• Mitigate Portfolio Risk: Monitor account health and proactively address risks to enable long-term growth.
• Formulate Value Cases: Identify expansion opportunities and articulate data-backed business value for software investment.
• Advise Executive Leadership: Communicate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives to align technology with strategy.
• Architect Process Improvement: Recommend advanced processes and AI-driven solutions to boost organizational efficiency.
