Provide agile and reliable service to sister plants by managing and tracking intercompany orders, ensuring direct communication, visibility of order status, confirmed delivery dates, and effective coordination to meet operational commitments as the internal coordination and follow up to meet our customers requierements
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and understand intercompany orders in accordance with supply chain procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, delivery dates, product availability, and any deviations.
- Maintain direct and consistent communication with intercompany to coordinate requirements, resolve questions, and anticipate potential issues.
- Monitor the full order cycle, from creation to delivery, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
- Collaborate with internal areas such as Planning, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure proper execution of processes.
- Manage and document incidents such as delays, shortages, rejections, or schedule adjustments.
- Ensure ERP system information is updated, including orders, date changes, inventory details, and movements.
- Prepare performance reports, workload visibility, delivery compliance, and service metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance communication and intercompany efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics.
- Experience working with international plants or business units is a plus.
Technical Knowledge
- ERP system proficiency
- Knowledge of supply chain, planning processes, and order management.
- Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, data analysis).
- Advanced English proficiency for communication
