Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in the Guadalajara area seeks a Customer Sales Specialist II to support key accounts, manage quotations, orders and fulfillment, and connect customers with internal teams. This role requires 4+ years in sales support, advanced English, and ERP/quoting experience.

The position is hybrid, with in-office Tue–Thu and optional remote Mon & Fri. Join Arrow to help streamline global supply chains, collaborate across departments, and contribute to customer success

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales support and customer service for assigned accounts.
• Research and resolve inquiries, pre- and post-sales issues promptly.
• Act as main liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key accounts.
• Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint calls to drive metrics.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily sales support and customer service operations for assigned accounts.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, pre-sales questions, and post-sales issues accurately and promptly.
• Serve as the primary connection between customers, suppliers, and internal Arrow teams (field sales, engineering, purchasing, and marketing).
• Oversee the complete quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key suppliers and clients.
• Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint performance calls with suppliers and clients to drive key metrics.

Who We're looking for

• +4 years of experience in similar roles, Sales Support
• Advanced English skills (Conversational and written).
• Experience with Quoting process.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$26,791.67 - $33,250.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
