Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Mexico (MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque) is seeking an entry level Customer Satisfaction role focused on returns and RMA support. You will help process returns, coordinate with warehouses, and resolve supplier and customer issues to keep operations efficient.

You will interact with multiple departments and use CRM/ticketing tools while developing your skills in a global supply chain environment. A strong emphasis is on communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Returns, quality review, and warehouse collaboration.
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Effective communication across departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)
• Advanced written and verbal communication in English
• Experience with CRM / Ticket systems
• Troubleshooting, adaptability, multitasking
• Flexible with schedule

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the product return and replacement process
• Support the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns via RMA research and admin tasks
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing customer credits
• Investigate RMA requests through system histories, QA docs and docs
• Interface with warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution
• Manage internal and external communications via email, chat and phone
• Document all return transactions accurately in the system
• Obtain RMA approval from supplier by submitting requests via email or portal
• Initiate return shipments, track delivery, and obtain final disposition of returned material

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process
• Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers
• Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentation
• Interface with multiple warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution
• Manage internal and external communications that come through the email, chat and phone
• Document all return transactions accurately in the system.
• Obtain RMA approval from the supplier by submitting return requests through email or supplier portal, ensuring all required documentation is included.
• Initiate return shipment to the supplier upon RMA approval, track delivery, and follow up to obtain the failure analysis report and final disposition of the returned material.

Who We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of relevant experience related in Customer Service, Returns, review Quality of product and warehouse collaboration.
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with CRM / Ticket systems
• Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker
• Flexible with schedule
