Arrow Electronics in MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is hiring a Jr Sales Operations Associate to support quote-to-order cycles and internal liaison across Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier Marketing.

Qualifications

• Recent grads or 1-2 year of experience in similar roles, providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.
• Experience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, to analyze data, present reports.
• Desirable use of Power BI
• English proficiency; with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quote-to-Order Process: Prepare quotes, review customer purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, part numbers, terms), and enter sales orders into Arrow’s ERP system.
• Serve as Key Internal Liaison: Connect customers and sales teams with internal departments—including Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier Marketing—to keep business moving.
• Manage & Resolve Discrepancies: Identify order or pricing issues upfront, working directly with Sales, customers, and shared services to resolve them before entry.
• Deliver Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding quotes, order status, and technical specifications with a high sense of urgency.
• Execute Account Strategies: Manage day-to-day quote activities and tactical sales operations in alignment with corporate processes and customer-specific goals.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$16,650.00 - $18,700.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
