Arrow Electronics in Tlaquepaque, Mexico is seeking a Customer Order Support professional to handle order entry, backlog, and post-order processes. You will work with Inside Sales to expedite quotes and orders, manage supplier requirements, and resolve post-delivery issues.

The role requires 1 year of experience or a high school diploma, with familiarity in ERP systems (Oracle) and strong Excel skills. The position is hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or high school graduate with equivalent related experience.
• Desirable knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
• Assist Sales with overall Quote to Order activities, including post-order to invoice processes.
• Backlog management and expediting factory purchase orders to meet open order demands.
• Support sales with RMA, CAR, and post-delivery issue resolution.
