Keep the store neat, handle register transactions quickly and accurately, restock returns, and support teammates. You will model AE's Customer First values and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs and promotions.
• Provide product knowledge to boost engagement and sales.
• Support colleagues and share knowledge to assist in tasks.
• Suggest looks and trends to customers based on their style.
• Promote AE brand channels and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and barcode damaged merchandise accordingly.
• Maintain neat, safe, and organized store environments.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership support.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
