Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience to achieve daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits.
• Use store tech to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit customers with key looks and current promotions based on style.
• Introduce customers to additional AE/Aerie brands and channels.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized sales floor and backroom SOPs.
• Move merchandise from shipment to floor following SOP, including replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
