American Eagle in Mexico seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive daily sales goals. You will promote AE loyalty programs, provide product knowledge, and assist customers with stylish recommendations.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Maintain a clean, safe store environment and support leadership in elevating customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Customer-focused selling standards to deliver a positive experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Knowledge of AE loyalty programs and ability to inform customers about them.
• Ability to handle merchandise, assist with displays, and maintain store presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty.
• Drive AE loyalty program awareness and explain benefits to customers.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Assist teammates and share knowledge to complete tasks and support customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style to maximize sales.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately.
