The role requires delivering fast, accurate checkout, restocking, and assisting in team efforts while upholding brand standards and policies. AEO Mexico emphasizes customer-first service and teamwork.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experience to meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers.
• Provide product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment following SOP.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy.
