American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico will hire a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales goals. You will help customers with product knowledge, maintain a neat and inviting store environment, and process transactions accurately.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfort using technology to access loyalty programs and promotions.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to work well in a team and receive feedback.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experience to meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs and promotions.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean store, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership support.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
