American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and keep the store neat and well-presented. You will help customers understand AE loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and assist in transactions with accuracy.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrated proficiency with technology and POS systems is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experiences to meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs and benefits.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales accurately following procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain a neat, clean, safe sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a focus on satisfaction.
• Understand and follow all company policies.
