Job summary

Siemens Mexico City seeks a Country Business Head – Electrical Products to drive profitable growth and market leadership. You will own the P&L, shape GTM strategies, and lead a cross‑functional team across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated electrification and digital energy solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in the electrical/energy sector with 4–5 years in senior leadership, strong strategic execution, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in electrical, automation, or energy sectors.
• 4–5 years in senior leadership roles managing P&L.
• Deep understanding of LV power distribution and electrical products and standards (NOM, IEC, UL).
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L and operational accountability for the Electric Products business within the country.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver electrification and digital solutions aligned with Siemens strategies.
• Drive profitable growth, expand market share, and shape local GTM strategy across channels and key accounts.
• Oversee sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure high product availability and top-tier service.
