Siemens Energy in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Controls & Digitalization to lead complex automation and plant-wide modernization projects across Latin America. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and service teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a solid engineering background and 8+ years in project management for automation or energy projects, with fluency in English and Spanish and willingness to travel internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in industrial, energy, or automation projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of complex Controls & Digitalization projects across Latin America.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commissioning, Service, and Sales.
• Drive implementation of DCS, turbine controls, plant automation, electrical systems, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; act as primary contact during execution.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions; lead contract/change orders.
