Siemens Energy in Mexico City seeks Head of the Digital Grid Execution Center to lead an established team of engineers and consultants, delivering on ambitious grid projects and customer commitments.

You will drive sales initiatives, engage with utilities and industrial clients, and ensure successful project execution while aligning with Digital Grid Americas leadership. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected, with a track record in global companies.

Formación

• University degree or higher in engineering discipline.
• 10 or more years of customer facing experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
• A strong track record of leadership and strategic delivery in global companies, with solid knowledge of the energy transmission and Digital Grid market.
• Previous experience managing engineering or technical project teams in power grids or similar fields, demonstrating proven ability to lead, mentor, and deliver results.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus), with experience working in intercultural, globally distributed teams.
• Prior experience in business development or sales within the energy transmission, Digital Grid sector, and/or experience engaging with major utilities or industrial clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an established team of engineers and consultants to meet timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Act as strategic bridge aligning local execution with Digital Grid Americas leadership.
• Engage directly with utility and industrial customers to build trusted relationships.
• Drive sales initiatives and business development in Mesoamerica.
• Promote cross-segment collaboration for cohesive delivery.
• Monitor market trends and KPIs, reporting quarterly to leadership.
