Siemens in Mexico City is seeking an Electrical Services Sales Engineer to drive service revenue across MV, LV, and PC&M portfolios. You will act as a technical partner, identify risks, and deliver modernization solutions that transform customer operations.

You will lead cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Proposals, and Project Execution; build a strong pipeline; and promote digital monitoring, upgrades, and training offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Power Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical power systems with a proven track record in technical sales, field engineering, or service business development.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time; field visits in Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing sites.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic business development by identifying and qualifying service opportunities in industrial, utility, and critical infrastructure accounts.
• Grow pipeline and execute long-term service agreements (LTSAs) with account managers.
• Promote Siemens services, including digital monitoring, power system upgrades, and training offerings.
• Act as primary technical consultant, conduct site assessments and workshops to identify aging equipment and compliance gaps.
• Translate customer challenges into technical scopes, including modernization and SCADA integration, and manage stakeholder relationships.
