Siemens Energy in Mexico City is seeking a Head of the Digital Grid Execution Center to lead an established team of engineers and consultants and serve as the primary customer-facing leader for our Digital Grid portfolio.

This role blends engineering excellence with a strong business development mindset, engaging directly with utility and industrial clients to drive successful project execution that supports the energy transformation in the region.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in global companies.
• Strong leadership and strategic delivery skills.
• Experience in energy transmission or Digital Grid.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; intercultural collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing an established team of engineers and consultants, fostering technical excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement while ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Acting as a strategic communication bridge, aligning local execution with Digital Grid Americas leadership and supporting informed decision-making.
• Engaging directly with utility and industrial customers, building trusted relationships and positioning our Digital Grid portfolio as the partner of choice.
• Driving sales initiatives and business development, identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the Digital Grid footprint in Mesoamerica.
• Promoting cross-segment collaboration, enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring cohesive delivery across teams.
• Monitoring market trends and reviewing KPIs, applying insights to strategies and reporting quarterly performance to the Head of Digital Grid Americas.
