Mondelēz International Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Expert to lead line maintenance, own PM and TPM processes, and drive continuous improvement in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will manage centerline settings, budget for repairs and maintenance, and develop the skills of technicians across shifts.

The role focuses on advancing Autonomous and Progressive Maintenance, supporting PDCA-driven improvements, and collaborating with regional and global technology forums to optimize line

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM- Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 and PM Step 3, capable of independent maintenance.
• Ability to lead a Line and coach SWP owners, driving opportunities with PDCA.
• Experience developing and aligning line goals, deploying IDP and coaching performance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability during shifts.
• Own technology, equipment settings, PM systems, and R&M budget for the line.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician capability.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reductions; represent site technology.
• Assist VSU initiatives and mentor PM-related training for the plant.
