Mondelēz International in Mexico is seeking a skilled maintenance leader to drive planned maintenance and continuous improvement within a high-speed production environment. You will guide line leaders, own PM systems, and manage centerline settings and R&M budgets, partnering with Asset and Reliability teams to optimize performance.

You will develop, own and execute preventive maintenance plans, while coaching technicians to operate and maintain equipment, and ensuring safety, quality and cost

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach next-level SWP owners.
• Experience in PDCA and TPM tools for problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of maintenance elements.
• Own technology, process settings and maintenance KPIs for lines.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; grow technician capabilities.
