Mondelēz International in Mexico is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead planned maintenance and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with line leaders, manage PM systems, and develop technician capability while driving TPM and cost reductions. The role requires deep technical mastery of processes and equipment and strong change management skills.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) systems and PM (Progressive Maintenance) steps.
• Ability to lead line-level TPM initiatives and coach teams in PDCA cycles.
• Experience in budgeting, spare parts localization, and cost reduction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements.
• Own PM systems, line centerline settings and KPI tracking for maintenance performance.
• Develop, own and execute preventive maintenance plans and build technician capabilities.
• Represent the site technology owner in regional/global technology forums.
