Mondelez México is seeking a senior maintenance expert to lead planned maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement on manufacturing lines. You will own the PM systems, manage budgets, and drive centerline management while building technician capability across shifts.

The role involves coordinating with asset and reliability teams to implement improvements and ensure line stability. Expect deep knowledge of autonomous maintenance, TPM tools and breakdown analysis, with responsibility for

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM‑Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance Step 3; capability to maintain dedicated equipment independently.
• Ability to lead line roles, coach SWP owners, and drive PDCA opportunities across the line.
• Experience developing and aligning goals, managing IDP, and coaching performance across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements in a CI manufacturing environment.
• Own PM systems and KPIs for lines; manage R&M budget and centerline management.
• Develop, own and execute line preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician capability.
• Mentor technicians to operate and maintain equipment, support line modernization and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and special maintenance tasks.
