Formación

• Experience with AM/Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 and TPM Phase 3–4 tools.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach maintenance personnel.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own technology, maintenance, process and settings for the line equipment.
• Drive preventive maintenance plans and centerline management at line level.
• Lead PM pillars, manage repairs & maintenance budgets, and mentor technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reductions.
• Represent the site technology owner in regional/global technology forums.
