Mondelez México is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to drive planning, preventive maintenance, and process improvements on the line. You will own centerline settings, maintenance budgets, and TPM-based improvement initiatives in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team of technicians, develop skills, and partner with Asset and Reliability teams to reduce R&M costs while ensuring safety and quality targets are met.

Formación

• Education in Industrial Engineering or related field; TPM/Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability.
• English basic–intermediate proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead line maintenance planning and PM systems to achieve SQCDSM targets.
• Own technology settings and maintenance budget for the line.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician capability.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability for improvements; lead change management.
• Act as site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
