Formación

• Experience with autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM).
• Ability to lead line teams and drive safety, quality, cost, delivery targets.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and loss reduction efforts.
• Ensure safety processes and quality controls are followed to prevent harm and defects.
