• Lead line maintenance with PM and fault analysis in a CI manufacturing environment.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and PM KPIs.
• Coach technicians to build maintenance skills and empower equipment operation.

Responsabilidades

• Support line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability.
• Own PM systems, maintenance budgets and line-level maintenance tasks.
• Develop line maintenance plans and build technician capability.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams to drive improvements and cost reductions.
