Mondelēz International in Monterrey is seeking a site Asset & Technology Leader to drive loss prevention and ensure continuous operation of plant equipment and facilities, aligned with SQCDSM metrics and local regulations. You will coordinate maintenance programs, manage budgets, and work with suppliers to uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards while enabling Lean and TPM practices.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance concepts.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach operators in maintenance and TPM practices.
• Computer proficiency and ERP experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Building and Facilities maintenance programs and budgets.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methods to minimize breakdowns.
• Coach operating teams and drive capability building.
• Interface with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver objectives.
