Mondelez International in Salinas, Mexico is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to drive planned maintenance and TPM in a continuous improvement manufacturing setting. You will own technology and centerline settings for critical equipment and manage PM and RM budgets while elevating team capability to run and maintain lines.

You will partner with Asset and Reliability teams to drive improvements, lead change management, and localize spares.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM autonomous maintenance steps and TPM phase 3/4 tools.
• Ability to lead line maintenance initiatives and coach others.
• Strong capability to drive maintenance planning and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with line leaders to meet SQCDSM targets and participate in daily management meetings.
• Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment; manage PM systems and budgets.
• Develop and execute line preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician skills to operate equipment.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and cost reduction; lead change management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PM subjects and train plant personnel.
