Mondelez México seeks a maintenance expert to lead planning, process development and maintenance elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage a diverse team and key contractors to deliver stable, efficient line operations.

Responsibilities include owning PM processes, managing R&M budgets, and driving TPM initiatives while building technician skills and line capability within the plant.

Formación

• Engineering degree required with TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance/engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Basic–intermediate English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with line leaders to meet SQCDSM targets and participate in daily management system meetings.
• Own equipment process and centerline settings; manage Progressive Maintenance and budget for line RM.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; train technicians to operate and maintain equipment.
