• 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in Java application development
• 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Technical role
• Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring / Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience as a software architect or similar roles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly valued
