Job Summary

Manage our accounting operations by overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring accuracy in reporting and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. This role requires a leader who can drive process efficiencies and scalability across the organization while maintaining healthy cash flow.

You will oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage payroll and contractor payments, and lead the setup and optimization of financial tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliations, reporting, and data management to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage payroll and contractor payments to maintain accurate records
• Supervise invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure healthy cash flow
• Lead the setup and optimization of financial tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel / Google Sheets
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations
• Hands‑on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with SQL, LLMs (Large Language Models), or automation tools is a plus
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) and start within 2 weeks from job offer
