Bunge Iberica SA seeks a Customer Service Analyst - Billing to join a global team focused on accurate and timely invoicing. You will manage billing processes, ensure CFDI compliance, and collaborate with Sales, IT, and Tax to resolve issues and optimize cash flow.

The role requires SAP and Excel skills, 3+ years in invoicing or logistics, and a willingness to travel between locations. Hybrid work arrangement offered, with strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience in Invoicing, Logistics or commercial.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, administration or others

Responsabilidades

• Billing and collections through SAP module.
• Knowledge of CFDI last version to resolve issues and consult with tax team.
• Follow-up to obtain addendum information including weight origin and destination scale ticket to achieve correct billing and customer final approval to program for payment.
• Ensure the correct creation of CFDIs required by SAT.
• Report and enter CFDIs into client portals when applicable.
• Creation of memo credits, debit notes, cancellations, and re-invoicing, ensuring correct accounting and tax application.
• Follow-up on pending invoice orders until they are correctly billed within the established tolerance time.
• Teamwork with Sales, IT, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues.
• Agree with customer and Bunge sales team regarding aging payment balance.
• Closing and reconciliation of the monthly accounting.
• Follow-up on payments status and system trials.
