Job summary

Agilent Technologies, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Customer Service Invoicing Specialist to lead billing operations, ensure CFDI 4.0 compliance, and drive end-to-end order-to-cash processes for regional customers.

You will oversee the Shipped Not Invoiced portfolio, coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Sales, and coach a team to improve accuracy, cash flow, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, global environment. Remote/hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing Operations, O2C, AR, or Customer Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, SAT requirements and CFDI 4.0.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end billing from order acceptance to invoicing.
• Own and drive the Shipped Not Invoiced (SNI) portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit & Collections, Logistics, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax rules and Anexo 20 while improving cash flow.
