Agilent Technologies is seeking a Billing Operations Lead in Mexico City to manage end-to-end invoicing and ensure compliance with SAT CFDI 4.0 and Anexo 20. You will drive revenue recognition, cash flow and customer satisfaction while guiding a regional billing team.

The role requires leadership experience, SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, Sales, Logistics and other functions to optimize order-to-cash processes.

Formación

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, SAT requirements, CFDI 4.0, and Anexo 20.
• Experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, or Customer Operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and workload prioritization.
• Strong SAP ECC and SAP CRM experience; ERP systems knowledge.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience leading Shipped Not Invoiced (SNI) portfolios and invoicing controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end billing from order acceptance to invoice issuance.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations, SAT, CFDI 4.0, and Anexo 20.
• Lead SNI portfolio analysis, reporting, risk identification, and resolution of invoicing barriers to minimize revenue delays.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections, REPSE, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales and other teams to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
• Coach and develop a billing operations team and drive process improvements.
