Bunge is seeking a Customer Service Analyst - Billing to join a global team and ensure accurate, timely billing in line with tax requirements. The role supports CFDI issuance, memo credits, and invoicing processes across multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in invoicing or logistics, a degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration, and SAP/Excel proficiency. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and potential travel to plant locations as needed.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience in Invoicing, Logistics or commercial.
• SAP knowledge and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Billing and collections through SAP module.
• Ensure CFDI creation and accuracy for tax compliance.
• Follow-up to obtain addendum information for correct billing.
• Enter and report CFDIs in client portals.
• Create memo credits, debit notes, and re-invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues.
