Agilent Technologies Mexico is seeking a seasoned leader to own and drive Billing Operations in Mexico. You will oversee end-to-end invoicing in line with CFDI 4.0 and SAT requirements, manage the Shipped Not Invoiced (SNI) portfolio, and coordinate with Finance, Credit & Collections, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

The role requires strong English communication, deep knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, and a proven track record in O2C with SAP

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, or Customer Operations environments.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams, including workload prioritization and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/SAP CRM and ERP systems in a multinational context.
• Experience handling Shipped Not Invoiced (SNI) portfolios and invoicing controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end billing activities from order acceptance to invoice issuance.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations, CFDI 4.0 standards, SAT requirements, and Anexo 20 guidelines.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence in O2C/billing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit & Collections, Logistics, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
