Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an Outbound Logistic Analyst in Mexico City to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers nationwide, coordinating weekly delivery programs and coordinating with freight partners. You will manage invoices, documentation, and KPI follow-up to optimize logistics performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with carriers, manufacturing partners, and sales teams, with a focus on cost control, service quality, and food safety within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in logistics and distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, transport engineering, administration or others.
• Desirable technical knowledge in transportation of food products and liquids.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Transport and distribution planning all over Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the delivery of finished products to customers on time in full.
• Elaborate delivery programs according to weekly customer and sales plans.
• Validate new sales orders and generate daily shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure weekly transport availability.
• Manage outbound invoices and three‑way SAP documentation (delivery, POD, freight rate).
• Monitor daily delivery process and liaise with carriers and partners.
