Proficiency in SAP, ERP billing, and Excel is essential for success. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in billing or finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing or finance.
• Experience with SAP, cost accounting and ERP billing required.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Configure motor repair billing according to contracts.
• Analyze SAP reports: costs, repairs, parts, labor, transportation, discrepancies.
• Monitor engine inductions for preliminary and final billing.
• Maintain billing records and SAP transaction reports.
• Generate invoices and manage client portal billing entries.
• Direct collection efforts with customers.
