Bunge is seeking a Customer Service Analyst - Billing to join a global team and ensure accurate, timely billing in line with tax requirements. The role supports CFDI issuance, memo credits, and invoicing processes across multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in invoicing or logistics, a degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration, and SAP/Excel proficiency. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and potential travel to plant locations as needed.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience in Invoicing, Logistics or commercial.
• SAP knowledge and Excel proficiency are preferred.

A Day in the Life:

Responsible for ensuring that the company's billing process is carried out in a timely and correct manner, in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the company and in compliance with the requirements dictated by the tax authority. Verify that the issued tax documents are sent to clients in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for billing, collections through SAP module, policy or manual process.
• Necessary knowledge of CFDI last version to resolve issues, make decisions, and consult with the tax team.
• Follow-up to obtain addendum information including weight origin and destination scale ticket to achieve correct billing and customer final approval to program for payment.
• Ensure the correct creation of CFDIs required by SAT.
• Report and enter CFDIs into client portals when applicable.
• Responsible for the creation of memo credits, debit notes, cancellations, and re-invoicing, ensuring correct accounting and tax application.
• Follow-up on pending invoice orders until they are correctly billed within the established tolerance time.
• Teamwork with the Sales, IT, and Customer Service areas to make decisions and resolve issues that arise in billing
• Make an agreement with customer and Bunge sales team regarding Aging customer payment balance.
• Closing and reconciliation of the monthly accounting.

Also in charge of:

• Talk to customers to follow-up payments status.
• System trials
• Follow-up new requirements by SAT

Skills/Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in Invoicing, Logistics or commercial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, administration or others

SCHEDULE:

• Full -time position, typically 48 hours a week, but on rare occasions more hours may be required and worked by mutual agreement
• Willingness and ability to travel to various plant locations as needed is a requirement
• Desirable Technical knowledge in food companies
• SAP knowledge
• Excel knowledge
