A leading outsourcing service provider in Ciudad de México is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter Specialist. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and effective communication skills. Experience in a high-velocity environment is preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, aiming to enhance the recruitment capabilities for dynamic business needs.

Formación

  • Associate's Degree preferred with less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

Job Description Summary: The Sourcing Specialist ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for assisting with the administration of recruitment programs
  • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background and reference checks
  • Assist with scheduling initial screening interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
  • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers
Required Skills
  • Associate's Degree in related field with less than one year of relevant experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in a high-velocity environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact
  • Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
Education and Language
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) – least one year of experience
  • Languages: English (Inglés)
  • Knowledge: Recruitment (Reclutamiento)
