Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers to join a growing, fully remote healthcare BPO operation supporting a US-based program. This role focuses on engaging learners, explaining processes, and preparing customer experience representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment.

You'll deliver virtual training, assess knowledge gaps, provide coaching, and help new hires transition from training into production while aligning with US business hours in a bilingual

Qualifications

• Experience training BPO/contact center staff in a healthcare context.
• Ability to deliver training virtually to a remote audience.
• Strong English and Spanish written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions professionally and clearly.
