Resolv Global is hiring experienced Trainers for a fully remote healthcare BPO operation supporting a US-based program. You will engage learners, explain processes clearly, identify knowledge gaps, and prepare customer experience representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment.

You should be comfortable delivering virtual training, communicating in English and Spanish, and working U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• BPO/training experience in healthcare environments is required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience delivering training to contact center teams, preferably remotely.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and managing virtual trainings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging, structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual sessions professionally and interactively.
• Explain processes, systems, and expectations clearly to learners.
• Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different styles.
• Monitor understanding and identify knowledge gaps.
• Conduct knowledge checks, role plays, and practical activities.
• Provide feedback and coaching throughout training.
• Prepare new hires for production transition.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to support learner readiness.
• Maintain accurate training records and progress updates.
• Adapt delivery as processes or systems change.
