Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers to join a growing, fully remote healthcare BPO operation supporting a US-based program.

You will deliver engaging training to new customer experience representatives, facilitate virtual sessions, and adapt methods to learner needs while maintaining accurate training records. Candidates must be bilingual, comfortable with U.S. business hours, and ready to start immediately.

Formación

• Previous BPO/contact center training experience is required.
• Healthcare/customer experience training is essential.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written English.
• At least 1 year of remote work experience is required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable delivering training virtually and using training technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions professionally.
• Explain processes, procedures, systems and customer service expectations clearly.
• Use different teaching approaches for various learning styles.
• Monitor learner understanding and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide feedback and coaching throughout training.
