Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers for a fully remote healthcare BPO program supporting a US-based operation. You will engage learners, explain processes clearly, identify knowledge gaps, and prepare representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment.

You must be comfortable delivering training virtually, using technology, and communicating at a high level in both English and Spanish, while working U.S. business hours from Mexico.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in a BPO or contact center setting with healthcare focus.
• Ability to train remotely using virtual platforms and assess learner progress.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, with clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual sessions in a professional manner.
• Explain processes, procedures, systems and expectations clearly to learners.
