Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Operations Associate II to support our sales and customer service activities. You will coordinate orders, verify data accuracy, and communicate with suppliers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in operations and customer service, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems; Salesforce adds value. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office Tue–Thu and optional remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with operations and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Salesforce is a plus.
• Advanced English skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales and customer support for assigned accounts.
• Place orders with suppliers and follow up for accuracy.
• Review orders and docs to ensure data accuracy.
• Approve purchase orders and send to suppliers.
• Resolve rejections and manage returns.
• Provide status updates to sales and customers.
• Review backlog to ensure PO processing.
