TTI, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to support our MX branch and internal stakeholders. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a focus on on-time order delivery, inquiries, and collaboration with Sales.

You will handle quotes, order confirmations, and customer interactions, contributing to a positive client relationship and efficient order processing.

Formación

• High school diploma with 2 years in customer support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office.
• Typing speed 40 words per minute.
• Familiarity with company products, policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with Branch Coordination.
• Provide order status information to customers by phone and email from the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales and customers for a smooth sale-to-shipping process.
• Support remote work communication with the Branch and participate in required meetings.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with callers.
• Assist with processing quotes by stock checks and delivery info.
• Process order confirmation files by reviewing data.
• Support Sales Representatives with samples, literature, returns and replacements.
