TTI, Inc. in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Branch Customer Service Coordinator I to support the MX branch. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English and involves handling orders, inquiries, and returns while coordinating with the Branch Coordination group.

Responsibilities include expediting orders, providing status updates, resolving issues with Sales, and maintaining professional client rapport. Hybrid work is offered with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma with 2 years experience in customer support or similar role; experience in Electronic industry is ideal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Ability to use the computer system proficiently and to learn company product lines and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure on‑time delivery by coordinating with Branch Coordination.
• Provide order status information to customers by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers for a smooth sale to shipping process.
• Collaborate to develop effective remote work communication with the Branch.
• Attend branch meetings or discussions via live chat, video or phone when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with callers.
• Assist with processing quotes by stock checks and obtaining delivery information.
• Review order confirmation files for data accuracy and completeness.
• Support Sales Representatives by returning calls, sending samples and sales literature, and processing returns.
